The EECHS family came together yesterday at our October Town Meeting to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month! 🇲🇽🎶
Under the amazing leadership of Mrs. Manley and the student-led Hispanic Heritage Month Planning Committee, we immersed ourselves in the rich Hispanic culture through legends, dance, and music. 💃🕺 The highlights of the celebration were the student performances and a student film on the legend of La Llorona, showcasing the incredible talent of our students and bringing this captivating story to life! 🎥👻
We were also inspired by a powerful message from Ms. Elizabeth Hererra from Casa Azul de Wilson. 🙌 We wrapped up the event with delicious food catered by El Patron of Tarboro and enjoyed great fellowship. 🌮🍽️❤️
