WEMS- Join us tonight from 5pm-7pm at West Edgecombe Middle School for Literacy Night with Santa. Santa will read to all kids at 6pm. Join us for chocolate milk and cookies, as well as festive activities!
WEMS - Join us tomorrow night, November 14, for STEM Night Under the Stars from 5pm-7pm . A fun time will be had by all! See you then.
WEMS-Report Cards have been sent home today. Please be sure to review your child's grades and absences. Students failing 2 or more classes or with 10 absences by Christmas are at risk of failing their grade. Reach out to your child's teachers for support!
WEMS 8th parents: All students were issued chromebooks, but they are leaving them at home or coming to school w/o them being charged. The chromebook cart in the classroom is for testing or repairs. Beginning Monday students will no longer be able to borrow chromebooks. Fees can be paid for lost chargers or devices.

WEMS - Join us tonight from 4pm-8pm at Freddy's Restaurant in Rocky Mount for our fundraiser! Be sure to say you are "with West Edgecombe!" Students attending and submitting a receipt on Monday, September 30 to the main office will receive a free dress down pass!
WEMS: Due to the threats of tornadoes tomorrow, all ECPS schools will be closed for students. Staff will work remotely. Stay safe!
WEMS: Picture Day is this Friday. Picture packets are coming home today. If students are purchasing pictures, they can dress down to have their photo taken on Friday. Please send your student with exact cash.
