Franchesca Kelley, Principal

It is with great excitement that I introduce myself as the new Principal of Fairview Elementary School. I am truly honored to join a school filled with amazing students, dedicated staff, supportive families, and a strong community.

As a proud Rocky Mount native, this opportunity is especially meaningful because Fairview is where my teaching career began. I earned my degrees in Early Childhood Education and Elementary Education from East Carolina University, followed by a Master's in Elementary Education and a Master's in School Administration from Gardner-Webb University.

For the past 20 years, I have been privileged to serve students and educators in a variety of roles, including classroom teacher, instructional coach, multi-classroom leader, assistant principal, and now principal. I am excited to return to Fairview and continue building a school where every Jaguar Cub can learn, grow, and thrive.

I believe strong partnerships between home and school are the foundation of student success. I encourage you to stay involved in your child's educational journey and look forward to working together to make this a wonderful year for every student.

I am honored to serve as your Pack Leader and can't wait to meet each of you. Together, we will continue to make Fairview Elementary a place where every Jaguar Cub is empowered to learn, grow, and make a difference.
